2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the gim777 platform if you are under legal guardianship, have been declared legally incompetent, or are otherwise restricted from entering into contractual agreements under Indonesian law.
2.4 Self-Exclusion Lists. You must not be registered on any gambling self-exclusion lists or banned from gambling activities by any regulatory authority. If you have previously self-excluded from gim777 or any other gambling platform, you must not attempt to create a new account during the exclusion period.
Important: Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or eligibility is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each user is permitted to hold only one account with gim777. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual (through matching personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, or device fingerprints), all accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information Required. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Failure to provide accurate information may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
3.3 KYC Verification Process. To comply with Indonesian anti-money laundering regulations and age verification requirements, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport. Additional documents (proof of address, bank statements, or selfie verification) may be requested. Verification typically completes within 1–4 hours during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Withdrawals and certain account features are restricted until KYC verification is successfully completed.
3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify gim777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. gim777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account that occurs before you notify us of the security breach.
3.5 Account Ownership. Your gim777 account is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person. Upon your death, your account will be closed and any remaining balance will be transferred to your legal heirs upon presentation of valid probate documentation.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. gim777 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and international cards (Visa, Mastercard). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
4.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 IDR. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. Standard users may deposit up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. VIP Gold members have no maximum deposit limit. Please contact customer support if you require higher deposit limits.
4.3 Deposit Processing Time. Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically confirmed within 1–3 minutes during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB; Saturday 08:00–12:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are confirmed instantly 24/7. Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays of up to 2 hours.
4.4 Deposit Fees. gim777 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or transfer fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees incurred during deposit processing.
4.5 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your gim777 account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or financing of terrorism. gim777 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of your funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and fund freezing pending investigation.
4.6 Payment Method Ownership. Deposits must originate from a bank account, e-wallet, or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds deposited from another person's account) are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Repeatedly attempting third-party deposits may result in account termination.
5.1 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by gim777 customer support for security reasons. You may withdraw funds to any Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your name that matches your KYC-verified identity.
5.2 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 IDR. Daily withdrawal limits are: Bronze members — Rp 10,000,000/day; Silver members — Rp 25,000,000/day; Gold VIP members — unlimited. Weekly and monthly withdrawal limits also apply based on your VIP tier. Contact customer support for detailed limit information.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing Time. gim777 processes withdrawal requests within an average of 5 minutes for verified accounts during peak hours (10:00–22:00 WIB). Off-peak withdrawals may take up to 30 minutes. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional security verification and can take up to 24 hours. Bank processing times (typically 1–3 hours for same-bank transfers, up to 24 hours for inter-bank transfers) are beyond gim777's control.
5.4 Withdrawal Fees. gim777 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 3 withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals within the same month incur a flat Rp 5,000 administrative fee per transaction. VIP Silver and Gold members receive unlimited free withdrawals.
5.5 Wagering Requirements. Before requesting a withdrawal, you must wager (turnover) your deposited amount at least 1x (one time) on any betting markets or games. This anti-money-laundering requirement prevents users from using gim777 solely for fund transfers. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
5.6 Withdrawal Verification. gim777 reserves the right to request additional identity verification, proof of address, or payment method verification before processing a withdrawal. Large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 50,000,000) may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures. Failure to complete verification within 14 days may result in withdrawal cancellation and funds being returned to your account balance.
6.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses, promotions, and special offers are available to eligible users at gim777's sole discretion. Each promotion has specific terms, wagering requirements, expiration dates, and qualifying criteria that must be met to claim and withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
6.2 Welcome Bonus. New members receive a 100% first-deposit match bonus up to Rp 1,500,000 IDR. To claim, deposit at least Rp 100,000 on your first deposit. The bonus is credited automatically and must be wagered 5x (five times) on combined deposit + bonus amount before withdrawal. Valid for sportsbook, live casino, and slots. Expires 30 days after activation. One welcome bonus per household/IP address/payment method.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum 5x rollover requirement before withdrawal. Rollover is calculated on the combined deposit + bonus amount. 6.5 Promotion Modifications. gim777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses may be canceled if we determine you no longer meet eligibility criteria or if the promotion is discontinued.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by gim777. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, technical errors, or odds manipulation. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your betting history, it is final and cannot be canceled by the user (except where live betting rules allow cash-out before settlement).
7.2 Odds & Stake Limits. gim777 sets odds and stake limits for all betting markets. Odds may change at any time before bet acceptance. Your bet is placed at the odds displayed on screen at the time you confirm the bet. Stake limits vary by market, VIP tier, and betting history. We reserve the right to lower stake limits for users with consistent winning patterns to manage risk exposure.
7.3 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body or game provider. For sportsbook bets, we use official league/tournament results. For togel, we use results published by the official Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, or Sydney lottery authorities. Settlement times vary: most sportsbook bets settle within 10 minutes of final whistle; live casino bets settle instantly; togel bets settle within 30 minutes of official result publication.
7.4 Obvious Errors. If an obvious error occurs (incorrect odds, incorrect result display, technical glitch, or manifest human error), gim777 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Users must report suspected errors within 24 hours of bet settlement; claims made after 24 hours will not be considered.
7.5 Fair Play Policy. All users must engage in fair play. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: collusion with other users, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of technical vulnerabilities, syndicate betting, insider information betting, and match-fixing participation. Violation of fair play rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

8.3 Device Security. You are responsible for securing the devices you use to access gim777. Install antivirus software, avoid public Wi-Fi networks for financial transactions, and never store login credentials in your browser's autofill on shared devices. Log out after each session on shared or public computers.
8.4 Suspicious Activity Reporting. If you notice any unauthorized transactions, unrecognized login attempts, or suspicious account activity, contact gim777 customer support immediately at . 10.1 Service Availability. gim777 strives to provide 24/7 platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service outages, technical failures, server downtime, network issues, or third-party service disruptions (bank payment processing, game provider downtime, internet connectivity issues). Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when possible.
10.2 Data Loss. While we implement robust data backup and security measures, gim777 is not liable for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including hacking, natural disasters, or infrastructure failures. Users are advised to maintain their own records of transactions and betting history.
10.3 Financial Limits. gim777's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the total amount you deposited into your account during the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall gim777 be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

10.5 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless gim777, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your gim777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure request, you must withdraw your remaining balance within 30 days. Accounts with zero balance are closed immediately. Accounts with active bonuses cannot be closed until the bonus expires or is forfeited.
11.2 Involuntary Suspension. gim777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately without prior notice if we determine you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or posed a security risk to the platform. Suspended accounts may be investigated for up to 90 days before a final decision is made.
11.3 Balance Upon Termination. If your account is closed voluntarily with no violations, your remaining balance will be returned via your verified withdrawal method within 7 business days. If your account is closed for Terms & Conditions violations, gim777 reserves the right to forfeit your balance and withhold winnings derived from prohibited activity. Deposits made through legitimate means will be returned.
11.4 Post-Termination Obligations. Upon account closure, you remain bound by confidentiality obligations, indemnification clauses, and dispute resolution provisions of these Terms & Conditions. You may not create a new account after closure without gim777's written permission.
